James Francis Walsh Jr., a 62-year-old man from Wichita Falls, TX, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of July 31, 2020. He was found on the porch of a residence in the 1200 block of Austin Avenue, having been shot once in the torso and once in the head. The incident occurred shortly before 10:30 p.m., and the investigation that followed revealed a complex and contentious case.
