Otis Lamont Seamster, a 42-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 13, 2016, in Wichita Falls, Texas. The incident occurred on a Saturday night when Wichita Falls Police responded to a call of shots fired at a home on Linda Lane on the city's East Side. Upon arrival, officers found Otis Seamster with a gunshot wound to the chest. Despite efforts to save him, Seamster succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
