Charlie Davis, a 29-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically died on November 22, 2016. His death was the result of a shooting at the Skills Barbershop in Garfield Heights. Witnesses identified Marlon Clemons, a 39-year-old man from Warrensville Heights, as the shooter. Clemons allegedly had a motive for revenge, stemming from a previous incident in 2014 when Davis was involved in a shooting at the same barbershop.
