Treyvon Tugard, a 23-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on June 12, 2021, in Cleveland, Ohio. The incident occurred at an apartment in the city, where authorities responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered Tugard suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel attempted life-saving measures, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
