On November 4, 2023, Joseph Garth, a 26-year-old resident of Cleveland, Ohio, was tragically killed in a shooting incident in Richmond Heights. The shooting occurred during a family gathering in the 500 block of Towns Lane, where Garth was one of four individuals struck by gunfire. Reports indicate that the event turned violent, resulting in Garth's untimely death and injuries to three other attendees.
