In the early morning hours of May 30, 2026, the Clark-Fulton neighborhood in Cleveland, Ohio, was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Responding to a ShotSpotter alert at approximately 2:39 a.m., police arrived at the 2800 block of Woodbridge Avenue to a grim scene. There, they discovered two young victims of a fatal shooting. Randy C. Clark Jr., a 19-year-old male, and 18-year-old Joshay Andrews were both pronounced dead, their lives cut tragically short.
