Kareem Thomas, a 36-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically died on October 25, 2016, from a gunshot wound to the head. He was found inside a home in the 1100 block of Addison around 4 p.m. The circumstances surrounding his death led to a police investigation, but no suspects were immediately identified.
