Charles “Chuck” Taylor, 39, was last seen on surveillance video at approximately 5:01 a.m. on September 18, 2020, as he was leaving his residence at the Williamson Tower apartments in Williamson, West Virginia. Since he was last seen, there has been no activity on his bank account. Taylor, who is legally blind and has a mental health condition, did not have his required medication with him at the time of his disappearance.
