Kalondria Avant, a 21-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on September 8, 2017, in Mesquite, Texas. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. on Chancellorsville Drive, where police found her with multiple gunshot wounds. The shooting followed an argument over money, leading to a fatal confrontation.
