James Richard Dunlop, a 29-year-old male of Ulster Scot ethnicity, tragically lost his life on September 10, 2017, in Plano, Texas. He was one of the victims of a mass shooting that took place at a home on West Spring Creek Parkway. The incident occurred during a Dallas Cowboys watching party hosted by Meredith Lane, the owner of the house.
