Jacob Lyle Rusk, an 18-year-old male from Plano, Texas, tragically lost his life on October 3, 2020. Rusk, who had recently graduated from Plano Senior High School, was known for his musical talent and his caring nature. On the night of his death, he was spending time with friends at Jack Carter Park, a location not far from his home.
