Ulises Valladares, a 47-year-old Hispanic man from Houston, Texas, was tragically killed on January 25, 2018, during a botched FBI raid. Valladares was kidnapped from his home in Conroe, Texas, the day before his death. He was bound, gagged, and taken by kidnappers who demanded a ransom. His young son was also bound and gagged but was left behind at the house.
