Joshua Broussard, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 4, 2013, during a stabbing incident at Spring High School in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the school's cafeteria area at around 7:10 a.m., when a confrontation escalated into a physical altercation. During the fight, 17-year-old Luis Alonzo Alfaro, a Hispanic male, pulled out a knife and stabbed Broussard multiple times, leading to his death at the scene.
