On November 15, 2023, 19-year-old Trevion Damone Butler from Sugar Land, Texas, was reported missing by his mother, Andrea Butler, after he failed to return home from work. In the early hours following his disappearance, Sugar Land police visited the Butler residence, indicating that a friend of Trevion's had reported a stolen gun, allegedly implicating Trevion. Despite this, initial investigations by Sugar Land Police found no signs of foul play.
