Rahman Rupani, a 30-year-old man from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on January 26, 2018. Rahman was fatally shot outside DJ's Food Mart in northwest Harris County. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. when an argument broke out near a taco stand in the parking lot.
