On March 2, 2018, Leon Bowman, a 31-year-old male from Marshall, Texas, was tragically killed in a double homicide. Bowman and another victim, Justin Williams, aged 30, were found dead inside a duplex on the 1500 block of E. Fannin Street. The Marshall Police Department responded to a welfare check and discovered their bodies.
The investigation led authorities to believe that Jesus Molina Delatorre, a 46-year-old man and the sole tenant of the residence, was responsible for the killings.
