Justin Williams, a 30-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically died on March 2, 2018, in Marshall, Texas. He was found dead inside a duplex in the 1500 block of E. Fannin Street following a welfare check. The cause of death was determined to be a shooting.

An investigation into Justin Williams' death led to the arrest of Thomas Andrew Craig, an 18-year-old who was charged with tampering with evidence. Craig was accused of hiding the firearm used in the shooting. Further investig ...
