Curtis Kador Sr., a 63-year-old African American man from Marshall, Texas, tragically lost his life on November 23, 2021. He was a retired supervisor from the City of Marshall and a resident of the area since attending Wiley College on a basketball scholarship in 1976. Curtis was well-known and respected in his community.
