Joshua Rayborn, a 28-year-old man, was fatally shot on September 18, 2017, in the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. while Rayborn was talking on his cellphone in the hallway of his apartment building located in the 2900 block of South Arch Street.
