Damarcus Williams, a 16-year-old African American male, was tragically found dead on May 19, 2016, in the Woodlawn neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. He was discovered with a fatal gunshot wound to the head at approximately 1:12 p.m. in the 6100 block of South Evans Avenue.
