Matthew Wayne Pickett, a 30-year-old man from Lubbock, Texas, tragically passed away on March 9, 2018. He was born on November 6, 1987, and was known to be a loving family man, survived by his parents, Wayne and Daphne Scott Pickett, his wife Christy, and several siblings. Matthew was dog-sitting at his brother's apartment when he was fatally shot.
