Malcolm A. Hunter Jr., a 45-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 21, 2018, in Jacksonville, Texas. He was fatally shot multiple times while sleeping in his home after three masked suspects broke into his residence. The suspects were involved in a home invasion, and Hunter was caught off guard in his sleep, leading to his untimely death.
