On April 22, 2023, at approximately 4:30 a.m., Jacksonville Police Department officers responded to a call reporting a deceased individual in the 1000 block of Clemons Drive, Jacksonville, Texas. Upon arrival, they discovered two male victims, identified as 37-year-old Tony B. McCuin of Bullard and 35-year-old Coray R. McCuin of Jacksonville, both suffering from fatal gunshot wounds.
