Anthony L. Miner, a 22-year-old male from Tyler, Texas, tragically lost his life on December 20, 2022, in Jacksonville, Texas. Miner was fatally shot in the area of Wilkens Street and Border Street around 5 p.m. The Jacksonville Police Department received multiple calls about gunshots fired at one person in the area. Upon arrival, officers found Miner dead from a gunshot wound.
