Carlton Fisher, a 56-year-old black male, tragically lost his life on August 11, 2018, in Dallas, TX. He was shot multiple times outside a convenience store on Mockingbird Lane. Witnesses reported that Fisher was attempting to buy drugs when he was attacked. The suspect, identified as 29-year-old Kevin Hall, was arrested shortly after the incident.
