Andre Tyron Rufus, a 44-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on January 17, 2022. He was found lying in the street with gunshot wounds near West Davis Street and Cockrell Hill. Despite being rushed to the hospital by Dallas Fire-Rescue, he was later pronounced dead. The motive and circumstances surrounding his murder remain under investigation by the Dallas Police Department Homicide Unit.
