Luke Zepeda, a 38-year-old male from Houston, Texas, tragically died on November 17, 2018. The cause of his death was due to injuries sustained from an assault. According to reports, Zepeda was attacked by another inmate, Luke Christopher Pena, while he was sleeping in a Bexar County jail cell. Pena, who was 21 years old at the time, attacked Zepeda because he disliked his hygiene and felt disrespected by him.
