Richard "Ricki" Grajeda, a 26-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically passed away on January 2, 2019, in Mineral Wells, Texas. He was a longtime resident of Pampa, Texas, and had moved to Mineral Wells prior to his death. The circumstances surrounding his death involved a fatal shooting following an argument with Lonneil Javon White, also known as "Too Tall," a 29-year-old suspect.
