Clevael Workman, a 23-year-old male from Youngstown, OH, tragically died on February 2, 2017. He was found lying face down in the street in the 700 block of Oxford Street, about 50 feet away from the truck he was driving. His death was ruled a homicide, marking the city's second homicide of the year.
