Joseph Addison, a 42-year-old man from Youngstown, OH, tragically lost his life on December 27, 2021. He was fatally shot at an apartment complex on Tyrell Avenue on the West Side of Youngstown. The incident also resulted in injuries to three other individuals who were present at the scene.
