Sean Bell II, an 18-year-old African American male from Youngstown, OH, tragically lost his life on August 21, 2018. Bell, who had recently graduated from Chaney High School, was planning to attend Youngstown State University in the fall to pursue a career as a cardiologist. He was described by his family as an excellent child and a person with a bright future ahead of him.
