Eric Howard, a 20-year-old male from Youngstown, OH, tragically lost his life on September 2, 1991. He was one of four victims who were fatally shot in the head during an early morning incident at a house in Youngstown. The other victims included Alfonda Madison Sr., William Dent, and Theodore Wynn Jr.
