Jessica Ann Velazquez, a 36-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost her life on February 2, 2019, in Grand Prairie, Texas. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Jessica was at her home with two relatives, helping her move out belongings as she and her husband, George Velazquez-Viera, were in the process of separating.
