Thuy Nguyen, a 25-year-old Vietnamese woman, tragically lost her life on July 23, 2011, during a horrific shooting at Forum Roller World in Grand Prairie, Texas. The incident occurred during a private birthday party hosted by her sister-in-law, Trini Do, and her estranged husband, Tan Do. The party turned into a massacre when Tan Do, in a fit of rage, opened fire on his wife and her family members. Thuy Nguyen was among the six people killed in the shooting, which also left four others injured.
