Marakus Rocko Quezaun Pickett, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 22, 2019, in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. when Pickett was driving down the frontage road of Loop 410 and Cripple Creek. He was shot twice, once in the stomach and once in the leg.
