Eugene Perry Howard, a 52-year-old African American man from San Antonio, Texas, was tragically shot to death on February 2, 2021. He was found around 9 p.m. in the front yard of a home off Skelton Drive near E. Houston Street. Witnesses reported seeing him arguing with another African American man just before the shooting.
