Rodney Spring, a 47-year-old male, tragically lost his life on January 21, 2016, in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred at an apartment on the West Side of San Antonio, where Spring was fatally shot in the back during a brutal attack that also claimed the life of Quickether Jackson, 36, and left Tandylyn Jackson, 59, injured but alive. The assailant, Luis Antonio Arroyo, was accused of committing the murders following an argument over a pack of cigarettes.
