Amari Marquis Clark Lovings, a 20-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on October 15, 2022. Lovings was fatally shot in the neck during a violent altercation outside the Jungle Hookah Lounge on the Northwest Side of San Antonio. The incident occurred around 4 a.m. when two groups of people, who had just left the lounge, began shooting at each other in the parking lot. Over 60 rounds were fired during the shootout, and Lovings was pronounced dead at the scene.
