In a tragic turn of events on March 17, 2024, 21-year-old Alexzia 'Alex' Franco, a transgender male, was killed in Taylorsville, Utah. The incident unfolded after Franco arranged to meet with three teenagers to purchase a firearm. However, the meeting, which took place near his home around 3800 West and 5700 South, was a setup for a robbery by the teens.
