Frederick O'Neal Burns, a 28-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on June 16, 2019, in San Antonio, Texas. Burns was fatally shot in the upper torso and head area while on the East Side of San Antonio. He was found lying on the ground with gunshot wounds and was later pronounced dead at Brooke Army Medical Center.
