On July 27, 2019, Jose Olvera Perez, a 23-year-old Hispanic male from San Antonio, Texas, was tragically killed during a shooting incident that occurred after a house party. The incident took place in the early hours of the morning when multiple rounds of gunfire were exchanged outside the party venue. Police found more than 20 shell casings at the scene, indicating that multiple firearms were used.
