Brandon Pizana, a 29-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on August 2, 2016, during a botched robbery at his apartment. The incident occurred in the 200 block of Montrose, where Pizana was found dead after struggling with two suspects, Juan Mendez, 22, and Darnell Allen Lee, 20. Both Mendez and Lee were arrested and charged with capital murder in connection with Pizana's death.
