Andres Gerardo Salinas, a 22-year-old male, tragically lost his life on August 12, 2019, in San Antonio, Texas. Salinas was found dead outside a strip mall on the Northeast Side of San Antonio, near Nacogdoches Road. According to witnesses, Salinas exited a vehicle and ran towards some stairs near the back of a Wingstop restaurant when he was shot by two men. The assailants then fled the scene in a vehicle.
