Raymond Carter, a 55-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on November 19, 2014. The incident occurred at the Crazy 8 Ball Saloon on North W.W. White Road, where Carter was fatally shot following an argument over a pool game. The suspect, Billy Roy Nelson, a 79-year-old man, allegedly left the bar after the altercation and returned with a revolver, shooting Carter once in the chest. Carter exited the saloon and collapsed outside, while Nelson fled the scene.
