On March 11, 2013, 33-year-old Ricardo Diaz was fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the early morning hours at an apartment complex located in the 7000 block of Hillcroft Avenue. According to initial reports, Diaz was approached by an unknown assailant who fired multiple shots before fleeing the scene. Emergency responders arrived promptly, but Diaz was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.
