Frank Mello, a 47-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, was tragically killed on October 24, 2021. He was driving his gray Ford F-150 on Southwest 36th Street when an unknown dark-colored SUV pulled in front of him, causing him to stop. The suspect in the SUV then fired multiple rounds at Mello's vehicle, striking him several times. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Frank succumbed to his injuries on December 9, 2021.
