Garcia; step-father, Gilibfredo C. Ruiz; father, Anthony Q. Garza; brother, Anthony Garza; sister, Angela Garza; and his children, Jeremia, Darnilio, Isaiah, Giana F. Garza, and Jadzia Garza.
