Anthony Rangel, a 39-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on July 3, 2017, in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a Texas Land & Cattle Steak House on the north side of San Antonio. Rangel was fatally shot by Victor Ricondo, a 48-year-old suspect, who was accused of "lying in wait" for Rangel.

According to police reports, Ricondo was sitting in his parked van in the restaurant parking lot after hours when Rangel pulled in and parked next to him ...
