Lawrence Carroll, a 67-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on May 27, 2014. Carroll was fatally shot by Charles Ray Hall, a 28-year-old man who lived in the same apartment complex as Carroll. Hall was involved in a violent 24-hour spree that also resulted in the death of another man, Rogelio Ramos, 50, and injuries to a security guard, Angel Maldonado.
