Dominic Cortez, a 24-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost his life on August 15, 2019. He was fatally shot inside a game room located on Urban Avenue in Dallas. The incident occurred when two suspects, Deangelo Johns and William Walker, entered the game room and engaged in a violent altercation with Dominic and another individual, Mark Noriega.
